BKB 63 Sets Nelson vs. Winiarski and a Second Title Fight at Foxwoods
BKB will stage two world title fights on one night. BKB 63 is set for Saturday, Dec. 19, 2026, at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, Connecticut.
Lorawnt-T "Smash" Nelson defends his super middleweight title against David Winiarski in the main event. Featherweight champion Yampier Ramirez meets Jorge Martinez in the other title bout.
Nelson on a seven-fight run
Nelson is 10-1-1 with nine knockouts. He has won seven straight and finished six of those opponents. In July he knocked out Serob Minasyan in the fourth round at BKB 56 in Los Angeles. Before that he stopped Mark Tiffin in round one at BKB 53.
"I respect anyone willing to step into the Trigon, but come fight night, it's all business," Nelson said in the announcement. "David Winiarski is coming for my title, and I'm going to make him earn every bit of it."
Winiarski earned the shot in 63 seconds
Winiarski, nicknamed the "Tartan Titan," comes from Scotland. He knocked out unbeaten Geraint Goodridge at BKB 60 in Newcastle on Oct. 10. The title eliminator lasted 63 seconds. It was his fifth professional bare-knuckle win and left him 5-1, with four wins by knockout.
Before Goodridge, he stopped James Connelly in round two at BKB 54 in Manchester. His one loss came by third-round stoppage against Keiron Harding at BKB 49.
"I asked for this fight, and now that I've got it, I'm not going to waste the opportunity," Winiarski said in the announcement. "Nelson is a great champion, but I believe in myself, and I'm coming to BKB 63 ready to take that belt."
Ramirez is 5-0 with five stoppages. Martinez is 2-0 with two knockouts, so a win would make him world champion in his third pro bare-knuckle fight.
Ramirez stopped Ash Williams in round two at BKB 52 at Foxwoods. He knocked out Triston Harrison in round one at BKB 58 in Miami. Martinez last beat Ryan Venable, stopping him in the opening round at BKB 56.
